Update June 2006

• The annual shareholders’ meeting will take place on July 11th 2006 and the Convocation for the meeting has been registered mailed as per the Articles of Association.
• Work continues on the Phase 1 room renovation project and once again you are reminded to advise us if you will not be coming to the Resort so we accelerate this project for completion.
• The Board of Directors has approved the purchase of a new elevator for Phase 1 and the scheduled installation is planned for later this year. Will keep you posted.
• We are also upgrading the emergency system for Phase 1.

In general news, last week the Aruba Airport Authority announced that Jet Blue will plan to offer non-stop daily service to Aruba from JFK starting September 15th 2006. We trust that this will have a positive effect on the air fare tariffs which have been a serious concern for loyal timeshare owners for some time.
