Page 2 of 3 In other news, the Front Desk and Room Reservations have been merged to better handle your rooming requirements, for the convenience of our members we have installed an ice machine on the ground floor of Phase 2 close to the elevator, based on feedback we have extended the pool hours for towel exchange to between 9 AM and 12 noon and between 3 PM and 6 PM. For the year 2006 we are committed to continue the upgrading of the facility especially the Phase 1 room renovation project. In this regard, we are soliciting your cooperation to advise us if you will not be visiting the Resort so we can properly schedule maintenance or remodeling of your unit . Other plans include: • Lobby renovations with new furniture; • More "chickees" on the beach and around the pool; • Completion of the new beach wall which will better define our property and also improve the security of the Resort and afterwards we will landscape that area. • Upgrading the emergency system of Phase 1 - including the installation of panic bars for the ground floor exit doors; • Installing a camera surveillance system for better security; • Providing a work area for the Engineering staff and beautifying the main entrance to the Resort; • Sprucing up the public bathrooms; • Providing a WiFi service for the rooms. Depending on our finances, we have to look at a systematic replacement of the elevators and the other issue under urgent review is a case goods replacement in the suites based on priorities. We are excited to share these plans with you and look forward to meeting you so you can have a first-hand experience of these changes.
