REMINDERS
1. Please remember the July 31st 2006 deadline for redemption of the free week offered for payment of the last special assessment.
2. If you allow split usage of your week, there is a $150 housekeeping fee.
3. You are responsible for notifying the Resort in writing for any change of address. Additionally, we can only keep one (1) address in our database so, if you have multiple addresses, please notify us of your permanent contact address where all correspondence will be sent. Members who will be at addresses other than the one on file for extended periods should make arrangements with their Post Office for forwarding services wherever necessary.
4. If you plan to have a private function while at the Resort, please make all the arrangements with Jealda Damian, our Food and Beverage Manager. This will ensure that your plans do not clash with any Resort activity. Depending on your requirements – e.g. staffing, equipment etc., there may be a charge to be settled upon departure.
5. We remind you to pay your maintenance fees on time to keep the Resort’s finances in good shape. The due date is December 31st and if the Resort has not received your payment by this date, late payment fees will be applied. The Resort cannot be held liable for problems with the postal service and if you have not received your billing September, we encourage you to contact Jessica by calling the Resort or at the email address listed in the next section.
6. Passports are necessary for travel to Aruba (and the Caribbean) effective January 1st 2007. Please note that this requirement also includes children.
