1. The new pool towel hours are 9 am to 12 noon and then again from 3 pm to 6 pm.
2. For the convenience of the members, there is an icemaker on the ground floor close to
the elevator in Phase2.
FOR 2006, OUR CAPITAL PROJECTS PROGRAM INCLUDES
1. Continuing the upgrade of the emergency alarm system;
2. Continuing with the mildew treatment of the Resort – including Phase 2;
3. Continuing the remodeling project for Phase 1 rooms. If you will not be occupying your suite in either Phase 1 or Phase 2, please advise the Resort so we can arrange
remodeling and advance the project for speedier completion. Please note that this project will take over eighteen (18) months because of the availability of units so we ask you to
be patient if you room has not yet been renovated. We are also asking for your cooperation and understanding if the Resort relocates you to another unit in order to
complete this project as soon as possible.
4. Continuing the upgrading of the main lobby (the arches have been already completed);
5. Finalising the telephone project with new handsets and a voice mail feature for better
message delivery;
6. Because of the uncharacteristic recent rains, we have to consider a way to stop the water from entering the rooms on the top floors. The water is also damaging the wooden
door frames;
7. A new BBQ grill in the gardens;
8. Proper signage for the Resort;
9. Finish the newly-created maintenance area;
10.Complete the beach wall to better define our property and also for added security. We will also investigate the provision for an electronic surveillance system.
As dictated by our financial position, we will make an effort to get into the rooms and start changing some of the case goods. We are also aware of the need to change the
elevators which will also depend on our finances.
