Dear Members,

At the Resort, we are busy finalising the details of the first year of refurbishing, the items that are needed and the order of the projects to be completed spread over the next three (3) years.  Here

·      We have a sample of a new mattress as we plan to replace them all this year.

·      We also have a sample sofa bed and we are just waiting for another sample to test because we want to change them all this year.

·      We have changed all the drapes and bedspreads in Phase 2.

·      We have ordered the headboards and end tables for Phase 2 bedrooms – similar to the new ones we have in Phase 1.

·      We have started the process to try to identify and select a contractor to work on the room projects.

·      The pools are working fine with the new system including a new lighting system in the Phase 2 pool.

·      We are currently working on the water tanks and upgrading the pumps.

·      After the holiday break, we have started the repairs to the building again and right now we want to totally complete Phase 2 and then we are only left with the poolside of Phase 1.

·      We have a new tenant in the space that was occupied by the Beauty Salon. In this regard, we ask you to patronise our Concessionaires to ensure their success.

·      On the island, we are getting ready for the annual Carnival frenzy and February 20^th, is a public Holiday to recuperate from the Grand Parades.
