August 2010 Print E-mail

Dear Members,

We are delighted to update you on the latest developments at the Resort. The weather is beautiful – as usual – even though in the past few days there has been no wind and a little rain because of the hurricane activity in the Northern Caribbean.

MAINTENANCE FEE BILLING
Shortly the maintenance fee billing for 2011 will be mailed and we encourage you to pay before the due date of December 31st 2010.

WEEK 53
In 2011 we have a week 53 for intervals starting on Saturdays and in 2012 the same will occur for Sunday to Sunday intervals. Members who own both weeks #52 and week #1 are reminded that they can use week 53 with the payment of the maintenance fee in the same size unit as owned.  Please advise the Reservations department no later than March 31st 2011 if you intend to make use of this offer with your additional maintenance fee payment.

Members who own intervals which start on Saturday immediately followed by intervals starting on Sundays will be contacted separately.

SWITCHES and EXCHANGES
To switch your room within the same year and within the same season and the same size of unit and view, there is a fee of US$ 100. To switch to a higher season incurs an additional upgrade fee.

To switch your room from one year to another year is US$ 200 if the week is switched within the same season and the same size of unit and view is utilized. As above, to switch to a higher season involves an upgrade fee.

For detailed information on how to deposit your week with Interval International (I.I.) or with Holiday Systems International (H.S.I.) please contact the Reservation department at the Resort.

REFERRAL FEE
Once again we need to remind / clarify that the payment of the referral fee of $250 is paid to a member only when a) a NEW owner purchases an unsold Paradise Beach Villas unit and b) informs us of the referral at the time of the sale.

UPDATE EMAIL ADDRESS AND OTHER CONTACT INFORMATION
If you have changed your email address, please contact Bianca Ali, Member Relations Manager, with the updated information.  Also give us your proper mailing address and telephone number.
