Dear Members,
As you face the cold wintry
weather, we extend warm greetings from your Caribbean home in Aruba. We wish you lots of good health and good
fortune and look forward to welcoming you again during the course of the year.
This year our number one priority
is to continue with the renovations in the Phase 1 units and effect other
repair and upgrades as our finances will allow.
We have scheduled the replacement of the elevator in Phase 1 in the
month of March and we will try to ensure that there is as little inconvenience
as possible during this much-needed project.
We are happy to announce that in
advance of a signed agreement, we have completely settled our financial
obligations to a management entity connected to the Resort which had been incurred
in the past. Our intention is to try to
build up our reserves in order to complete the upgrades necessary to make our
Resort one of the nicest in Aruba.
We now have a sales operation at
the Resort which is handling any needs you may have for additional fixed week,
switches etc. Therefore, in addition to Bianca and Jessica, you may contact the

Island happenings:
- As you may be aware, effective January 1st
2007, the Government imposed a new tax – similar to a sales tax – which
will result in increases in goods and services on the island.
- We are currently in the midst of Carnival activity
which culminates on February 18th with the grand parade.
