Hope you have received the latest Newsletter which has all the latest information on the Resort. In relation to our capital projects, replacement of the elevator in Phase 1 has been delayed and now will be done within the fist half of next year- depending on our occupancy.

Reminders:

• Please pay your maintenance fees before the yearend.
• January 1st is a public Holiday and all the business will be closed.

The tax has been passed in Parliament and is still scheduled for implementation on January 1st 2007. Will keep you posted.

Still working with the Aruba Timeshare Association for clarity re the revised ruling on the 30-day stay since some members who stay in Aruba longer than 1 month may be affected.
