Maintenance fee payment  

We remind you to pay your maintenance fees on time to avoid late penalties and also to keep the Resort’s finances in good shape. The due date is December 31^st 2006 and if the Resort has not received your payment by this date, late payment fees will be applied. The fees consist of 10% for the amount outstanding at December 31^st 2006 and after that, an additional 10% per month on the accumulated balance. Travel reminder  

Passports are necessary for travel to Aruba (and the Caribbean ) effective January 1^st 2007. Please note that this requirement also includes children.  

Shareholders’ information  

• -We are in the process of updating our shareholders’ register. We are therefore requesting the shareholders - SHAREHOLDERS ONLY - to sign the register with Bianca after the weekly Members’ meeting.
• -Dennis Hullman has taken the place of the late Elaine Miranda as a member of the Foundation Board.
