• -We have been advised of the imposition of a sales tax effective January 1st 2007.
• -The Government has also announced plans to reduce the work week from 6 days to 5 ½ days. This will effectively increase our payroll costs and we are already planning to see how we can implement this. Additionally, there are also plans to increase in the minimum wage which will also increase the payroll and related benefits.
• -For better control and safety on the beaches, there are plans to have the jet skis operate from one central point between the Divi Phoenix and Amsterdam Manor.

An article appeared recently in the local newspapers stating that Paradise Beach Villas had laid off some members of its sales and marketing staff. This was totally erroneous as it related to Royal Holiday and not Paradise Beach Villas. Consequently, there is nothing to cause you any concern about your vacation time at Paradise Beach Villas.
